Project Introduction
Art Creative App is an original application independently designed by me, inspired by friends who love painting around me. They expect an app designed for art lovers and at the same time, they hope that it can provide knowledge about art. So I incorporated posting and buying art books into the design of the app. In the post, users can share their paintings and art knowledge, while art books can help users get in touch with art masters more closely. During the design process, I faced an important challenge: how to maintain a minimal design so that users can focus on the content of the app without paying too much attention to the design of the app itself.
Start Design
I deeply understand the importance of user experience, especially for art lovers who are extremely sensitive to content. Therefore, I hope to keep it simple and clear when designing Art Creative App, avoiding too many complicated design elements, so that users can focus on the content and communication of the app.
To overcome design challenges, I employ a series of design strategies. First, I put a lot of emphasis on the functionality and content of the app, keeping it as focused as possible within the view of the user. Simple navigation and typography help users quickly find the information they need. Secondly, I adopted a soft color scheme, and a simple and easy-to-understand icon design to make users feel comfortable and friendly. In addition, I have increased the priority of the display of artworks, so that users can browse and appreciate paintings intuitively, which enhances the attractiveness of the content.
Final Design
By keeping the design minimal, I managed to keep the Art Creative App focused on artistic inspiration and knowledge sharing. The design journey of Art Creative App is an exploration and practice of minimalist design and user experience. By overcoming design challenges, I managed to improve the user experience by focusing the user's attention on the app's content. I hope this app can provide a platform full of inspiration and communication for art lovers, where users can draw inspiration from art and discover infinite creativity.
